Refund Policy

1. Digital nature of the product

Mike's Safe Car Buying is a digital product delivered instantly. Because the files are accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are limited to the situations below.

2. When we issue a full refund

• The download link was never delivered or does not work.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The product materially does not match its published description.

Requests under these conditions are accepted within 14 days of purchase via Help@mikessafecar.blog. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. When refunds do not apply

• The files were downloaded and simply no longer wanted.
• The buyer did not read the published contents before purchasing.
• Requests made after the 14-day window.

4. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact support before opening a payment dispute — most issues are resolved the same business day.
