1. The product

Mike's Safe Car Buying is an educational digital product consisting of downloadable documents (checklists, scripts, and worksheets) related to used-vehicle purchasing. It is not software, not a subscription, and not a physical good. Nothing is shipped.

2. License and acceptable use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own vehicle purchases. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or publicly share the files or their contents.

3. No professional advice

The toolkit is educational only. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, insurance, or mechanical advice, and it does not replace inspection by a qualified professional. We make no guarantee of savings, profit, or any specific outcome. You remain solely responsible for your purchasing decisions.

4. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your card data. Access links are delivered by email immediately after successful payment.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses related to any vehicle purchase decision.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms and the product contents. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance. Professional Edition buyers receive future editions at no additional cost.
